Fungily is a protocol that transforms and evolves NFT-Finance by positioning the NFT ecosystem in a liquidity first trading system, this solves the market illiquidity. In current NFT-Finance systems, in this static market where users and creators, when want to liquid their asset, they have to sell on a list only marketplace, these two parties encounter significant limitations, both users and creators. Firstly, for creators, the success of their project is determined by the hour with the marketplace trading condition during their minting phase, thus causing users to halt minting due to slow mint, floor dumping or little to no sales which strikes the believe that such project has flopped, also creator go for extremely low supplies due to the illiquid nature of NFTs and trades based on hype and fomo to create scarcity. Secondly, for users, their asset is static and illiquid, once bought from mint or marketplace it requires someone else to buy it at the listed price for such user to exit the market and the value of the NFT they hold in terms of floor pricing is determined by another holder which in this case creates an unreliable or unstable price discovery, also creators launch project and most times have nothing to return to the community no matter how much was raised, leaving users with illiquid NFTs.

The protocol addresses these challenges through an articulate structure that makes NFTs that are launched through Fungily to be liquid assets , easily traded, financial assets and have true price discovery. Fungily NFTs are created and launched through a presale mechanism where part of the raised fund and NFT supply is allocated to create liquidity pool for each collection, the pool is created and the collection can be traded on LiquidNFTs (swap) which is Fungily's AMM, on the other hand, our marketplace allows direct listing of the NFT above the LiquidNFTs price for each collection at the listing time.
